Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For damaged or defective items, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Certain items such as customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return.
